Debbie Dacey is a current Zonta board member and chair of the Service Committee. Past Festival of Trees Co-Chair for 2020 and 2021.
The Hats Off to Women Luncheon is an annual event hosted by Zonta in the spring of each year.
It is where we award the Outstanding Woman Leader as well as other awards celebrating women. The nomination period for the 2023 award will begin early in the year with the event historically held in May of each year.
